4. PCB Fabrication and PCBA Assembly Services
For PCB fabrication services, customers are responsible for providing complete and correct Gerber files, drill files, board outline files, and other required manufacturing data.
For PCBA assembly services, customers must provide a clear Bill of Materials (BOM), preferably in Excel format, including reference designators, component values, part numbers, footprints, quantities, and any special assembly notes. Pick-and-place or centroid files may also be required.
GIGASITRON will review submitted files for quotation purposes, but customers remain responsible for the correctness of their design files, circuit design, component selection, and assembly instructions.
5. Quotation and Order Acceptance
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. Pricing, lead time, and availability may change depending on design complexity, component availability, production schedule, shipping method, or supplier conditions.
A quotation does not guarantee acceptance of an order until the details are confirmed and payment or purchase arrangement is completed through the agreed channel.
6. Software and Downloads
Some products may include downloadable software, configuration tools, firmware, manuals, or technical documents. These files are provided to support the use of GIGASITRON products.
Customers should use the provided software and documentation carefully and only with compatible hardware. GIGASITRON is not responsible for damage, data loss, incorrect configuration, or system malfunction caused by improper use, modification, or unsupported applications.
7. Technical Support
