Delivery Policy
At GIGASITRON, product delivery is currently handled through our supported online sales platforms, including Shopee and Amazon, where applicable.
When you purchase a product through Shopee or Amazon, the delivery method, shipping fee, estimated delivery time, tracking information, and delivery support will follow the policy and system of the selected platform.
Customers are encouraged to check the delivery options, shipping cost, and estimated arrival date shown on Shopee or Amazon before completing the purchase.
For products, quotations, PCB fabrication, PCBA assembly, or special orders arranged directly with GIGASITRON, delivery details will be confirmed separately during the quotation or order confirmation process.
Please make sure your delivery address, contact number, and order information are correct before confirming your purchase. GIGASITRON is not responsible for delivery delays caused by incorrect customer information, courier issues, customs clearance, platform restrictions, or circumstances beyond our control.
