GIGASITRON provides PCB fabrication and PCBA assembly support for electronics prototypes, embedded systems, robotics projects, IoT devices, and custom hardware development.
For PCB fabrication, customers are required to provide the complete Gerber files generated from their PCB design software. The Gerber package should include all necessary manufacturing files, such as copper layers, solder mask, silkscreen, board outline, and drill files.
For PCBA assembly, customers should also provide a Bill of Materials (BOM) Excel sheet. The BOM should clearly list the component reference designators, part numbers, values, package types, quantities, and any special assembly notes. If available, please also include pick-and-place / centroid files to help speed up the quotation and assembly review process.
